Architectural Graphic Designer
About Me

Architectural graphic design based in Austin, Texas

I am a graphic designer who specializes in taking two-dimensional floor plans and turning them into beautiful 3D architectural renderings. I fell in love with design while taking a drafting course as a senior in high school. While in college, I studied architecture, computer programming, graphic design and art (along with hacky sack, Dungeons & Dragons and playing guitar badly in a band).

My career path has taken several unusual turns and I’ve worn many hats over the years:

  • Old school draftsman for a engineering firm,
  • Web designer during the early dot com era,
  • Soulless corporate software developer,
  • Graphic design, programming and 3D animation teacher
  • Jack-of-all-trades of my amazing wife's Montessori school (maintenance, web design, tech support, building custom furniture etc)

I’ve always had a passion for architecture and creating 3D models and rendering houses is the perfect mix. In addition to appreciating architecture, I love designing and building projects in my woodshop, restoring old cars, traveling at any opportunity and playing board games for countless hours with close friends.
